Membership pricing and benefits may vary depending on the membership level selected.

4. Cancellation of Memberships

Memberships may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective.

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund of any payment that has already been processed.

Unless otherwise stated, you may continue to have access to membership benefits through the end of the applicable paid billing period.

EARN MORE WEALTH DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIPS, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, DOWNLOADS, COURSES, WORKSHOPS, BOOTCAMPS, EVENTS, MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS, COACHING, TRAINING, OR OTHER SERVICES EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR EXPRESSLY APPROVED BY EARN MORE WEALTH.

By purchasing any Earn More Wealth product or service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refunds will not be provided based solely on:

Change of mind

Failure to use a product or service

Failure to access the portal

Failure to download a digital product

Failure to attend a workshop

Failure to attend a bootcamp session

Failure to attend an event

Failure to attend mentorship or coaching sessions

Scheduling conflicts

Lack of time

Failure to complete a program

Failure to watch training

Failure to participate in the community

Failure to achieve a desired financial result

Failure to achieve a desired business result

Failure to achieve a desired investment result

Dissatisfaction with individual educational content

Failure to cancel a recurring membership before renewal

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

6. Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products and downloads are provided electronically.

Once access to a digital product, download, course, recording, document, or other digital material has been provided, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly approved by Earn More Wealth.

You are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, software, internet access, and sufficient storage to access downloaded materials.

You may not share, resell, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit digital products purchased from Earn More Wealth.

7. Workshops and Bootcamps

Workshops and bootcamps may be delivered virtually, in person, or through a combination of delivery methods.

Registration fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Earn More Wealth.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement for a specific mentorship program, mentorship fees are non-refundable.

Mentorship sessions that are missed by the client may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Specific mentorship programs may have additional terms, payment schedules, minimum commitments, cancellation requirements, or deliverables contained in a separate agreement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed mentorship agreement, the specific written mentorship agreement will control for that mentorship engagement.
